Shifts & HoursBurnett Medical Center is currently seeking a Med-Surg Staff Registered Nurse (FT or PT).
This position will work 12-hour shifts including every third weekend and one winter holiday and one summer holiday.
JOB SUMMARYThe Staff Registered Nurse is accountable for the professional nursing functions of supporting, planning, directing, communicating, and evaluating direct patient care for all ages.
Demonstrate personal and professional growth and competent nursing practice.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Current RN licensure to permit practice as a registered nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
BLS certification required.
Current certification or eligibility to become ACLS/PALS certified within 6 months of employment.
Basic ECG Monitoring experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to analyze and solve problems Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse people.
Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal directions/instructions.
OTHER INFORMATIONMust pass drug screen and physical therapy evaluation at the time of hire.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
